As a former General Surgeon, Andrea's attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects has served her well in her new career as a real estate professional.
Andrea's journey into real estate began with selecting tiles for her husband's flip projects, but as time went on, she took on more responsibilities such as project managing large renovations, handling bookkeeping and property management for her husband's homes. Her hard work and dedication paid off as she was instrumental in cleaning up her husband's property management division and successfully placing high-quality tenants.
Andrea's passion for real estate led her to explore new opportunities, and the Rent to Own concept made perfect sense to her. By already screening tenants, she saw the potential to take the next step and convert them into buyers. To achieve this, Andrea brought together a team of experts, including credit repair specialists and mortgage lenders to help her clients achieve their dream of homeownership.
